Parking Ticket Information / Hearings

The Town's General Manager acts as the parking clerk.

Payment of Parking Tickets
Parking tickets are due within 21 days from the date of the violation. Parking tickets may be paid either by mail, in person at the Treasurer's Window, or Online Bill Payment

Parking tickets that remain unpaid or are paid after 21 days are subject to a late fee of $5.00 and may result in the non-renewal of the vehicle registration and/or license to operate a motor vehicle and may be subject to fees and charges.

Appeal of a Parking Ticket
Parking tickets may be appealed in writing within 21 days of the date of the violation. Please include with your appeal the following:

1. The actual ticket
2. The reason for your appeal
3. Your name and address
4. Your telephone number

Please indicate whether you wish to schedule a hearing in person with the parking clerk.
