"Community coalitions have the potential to catalyze
important changes in the health and well-being of populations"

The mission of the Minds Matter Mental Health Coalition is to connect the community to mental health services. The hope in doing this is to help people achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

By involving all sectors of the community — from schools to healthcare and senior services — Minds Matter is able to work collaboratively to promote positive mental health and de-stigmatize mental health illnesses.
