School is back in session.  Thus, school buses will be on the roads several times a day making frequent stops to allow  children to get on or off.  When a school bus, or any vehicle displaying the yellow "SCHOOL BUS" sign displays red flashing lights, all other traffic must stop, (unless on the opposite side of a divided highway).   Failure to stop, or passing a school bus, is a serious violation which may result in a fine of $200, insurance surcharges, but most importantly, a serious accident.
