ServicesReferenceThe Reference Department assists patrons using library materials and resources in person, by phone, mail or email. Financial, legal, medical, literary, biographical and other research materials are available in the Reference Room. The NEW YORK TIMES from 1962 and the Norwood newspapers from 1887 are on microfilm. The NORWOOD ARCHIVES COLLECTION includes street listings (1876-), annual reports (1872-), high school yearbooks (1938- ) and other items of local historical interest. Through the Minuteman Library Network and the Metrowest Massachusetts Regional Library System patrons have full text access to collections focusing on health, business, and general information as well as the BOSTON GLOBE and BOSTON HERALD newspapers. Minuteman also provides the Community Information and Referral database, which gives information on community organizations and services within the area.
