Norwood Evening Garden Club - 2017
The Norwood Evening Garden Club is presenting the 13th annual Art in Bloom at the George H. Morse House, 1285 Washington Street, Norwood on Saturday, April 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 9th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Both Walpole and Norwood High School art students are participating alongside members of the Norwood Evening Garden Club.  Student works of art are interpreted through floral designs by members of the garden club.  Their aim is to inform and invite the community to Art in Bloom - a free, multi-generational, community event celebrating the arts and the work of student-artists. Norwood Art Association
On Saturday, June 10, 2017, the Norwood Art Association will hold its 40th annual Art in the Park show and sale on Norwood Town Common from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The event will feature scores of works by talented local and regional artists, including paintings, prints, photography and cards.  Ribbons will be awarded and there will also be live music, a kids' table and a presentation of the Association's annual art scholarship.  Rain date is Sunday, June 11. 

Founded in 1978, the Norwood Art Association, Inc. (NAA) is a non-profit organization that provides members with an opportunity to learn about a wide variety of visual arts and enjoy the camaraderie of other artists and art enthusiasts.

NAA hosts demonstrations and classes conducted by professional artists, Art in the Park on Norwood Common in June and a Holiday Show in late autumn.  It also publishes a monthly newsletter and offers members an opportunity to exhibit and sell their work and to attend special events at its Norwood Fine Artists' Gallery on the third floor of Winsmith Mill Market, 61 Endicott Street, Building 23, Norwood.
