Annual Town Election Information

ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION INFORMATION

 The Town Clerk's Office wishes to inform the residents of the Town of Norwood that nomination papers for the Annual Town Election to be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 are available in the Town Clerk's Office. 

 Requirements for filing nomination papers:

 Major offices need 50 signatures of qualified voters.

 There are openings in all Precincts for Town Meeting Members.

Anyone wishing to run for Town Meeting Member who is not a candidate for re-election needs to obtain 10 signatures of qualified voters in their precinct.

Nomination papers must be submitted to the Town Clerk's office by Monday, February 13, 2023 by 5:00 PM.
