WINTER PARKING BAN IN EFFECT NOV. 15

It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle, other than one acting in an emergency, to park said vehicle for a period of time longer than two (2) hours between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 AM of any day on any street or in or upon any Town-owned off-street parking facility, from November 15 through April 1 of each year with out authorization from the Board of Selectmen or their designee.

It shall be unlawful for commercial vehicles over 2.5 tons carrying capacity from parking for longer than one hour on the street in residentially zoned neighborhoods between the hours of 12:00 midnight on one day until 8:00 AM the following day, except when making or picking up a delivery.
