Outreach covers a broad array of services, listed below is what you can expect we will do for you: 

LISTEN to: 

- concerns you have and try to guide you with suggestions, 

INFORM about: 

- programs and services available to seniors, 
- advice on maintaining health, 
- resources available to you when problems arise 

ASSIST with:

- completing applications for various types of financial assistance, 
- understanding letters from insurance companies or other entities
- making phone calls, if that is a difficult task for you 

REFER to: 

- other agencies or programs that can meet your needs,
- support groups to help cope with cancer, addictions, caregiving, Alzheimer’s and other situations 

VISIT with: 

- seniors in the hospital or rehabilitation facilities, upon request 

RECRUIT:

- volunteers to provide companionship to seniors in the community 

FIND:

- the answer to questions you have or someone else who has the answer
