Census

In January of every calendar year, the Town Clerk's Office mails the annual town census to all residential households as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 51 Section 4. Responding to the Annual Census keeps your voting status active.  Even if you are not a registered voter, responding to the census will ensure that the Town Clerk’s Office can provide you with proof of residency.  Also, an accurate count of residents in Norwood assists in providing better municipal services.

Please return your census within ten (10) days of receipt either by mail or in person (postage is required if returning by mail).

If you misplaced or did not receive a census form, please contact our office or download and mail a new form.
