Planholders' List

The Purchasing Department maintains a Planholders' List for all Bids and Requests for Proposals. The Planholders' Lists are updated on a weekly basis while the bid is open.

The Planholders' List is generated from the Town's online document retrieval system. If your firm has registered and downloaded the bid documents, its name and contact information will be listed below. The contact information is public information.
