MyMeter Access

The Norwood Light Department is pleased to be able to offer our customers access to both their electric and water accounts through the "MyMeter" web portal.  After a one-time registration (see below) this portal will allow you to track usage and identify trends in your energy consumption.  Although you will not be able to view your actual bill through this portal, it provides important information regarding your electric and/or water usage.  Reviewing your account regularly will help identify spikes and maintain better control over your monthly bills. Simply select the MyMeter link above to get started!

Registering for Access:
  • Select "Create an Account"
  • Name on Account: Enter exactly as it appears on your statement.  If there are multiple people on the bill then enter each name separated by a slash (i.e. John Doe/Jane Doe)
  • Account Number: From your utility bill
  • Email Address: Enter your primary email address
  • Choose Password: Enter a secure password
  • Re-enter Password
  • Secret Question: Choose a question from the drop-down list
  • Secret Answer: Enter the answer to the question selected

To link additional accounts:
  • Select the 'head/shoulder' icon in the upper right corner
  • Choose 'User Profile'
  • Scroll down to "Connect Additional Norwood Light Account"
  • Enter your name as it appears on your bill.  If there are multiple people on the bill then enter each name separated by a slash (i.e. John Doe/Jane Doe)
  • Enter the account number as it appears on your bill
Your accounts are now linked!  Scroll back to the top and select 'Dashboard' to view your usage
To switch between accounts simply click 'Select Property' in the upper left corner and choose an account from the list.
