Electrical Projects
The Town Hall LED Lighting project looks to complete the conversion of all of the buildings lighting to LED technology and to add lighting controls where it is appropriate. This project is expected to reduce electric energy use at the Town Hall by 17%, and total energy use at the building by ~5 %. This will result in an average annual cost savings of $9,000. In addition to these energy and cost savings, maintenance costs will be reduced and the building will have uniform and appropriate lighting levels in each room throughout the facility.
