Norwood Geographic Information System (GIS)

The Norwood GIS has been developed to provide residents, businesses and Town departments with maps
and property information within the Town to improve efficiency and customer service. We promote the use
of GIS and related technologies to more effectively and efficiently address problems, develop plans and mange the natural, cultural, economic and physical resources of the Town.
The development of the GIS will be an on-going effort; the Town Departments will continually develop new data layers and update the information on our local database. The GIS will be updated on a quarterly basis; therefore there is no guarantee that the information available on the GIS is the most current information. The GIS is maintained by the Norwood Engineering Department.
